Getting started is to contact us either by the contact form page or chatting with Online Project Manager thru MSN ID: jrjbusinesssolutions@hotmail.com for more information. You will have to pay one time setup cost before getting started. It is used for preparing the agent's workstation. Then, You will have agent for your assistant. 2. Once we have paid the set up cost, how long does it take to get an agent to work for me? Usually, it takes about 1 week or earlier to start an agent. It depends on what kind of project you need and on the availability status of agent. 3. Can my agent speak English fluently? Yes, English is the official language of business in the Philippines. We assure you we hired agents with good communication skills. 4. How do we pay? The best payment service would be the Paypal and Moneybookers provided on the right side bar. Both are securely processes payments for our company and are easier way to pay. We have also US based bank account if you choose to "electric transfer money". Payment Options: A. Pay with Paypal If you don't have an existing PayPal account: 1. Go to Paypal2. Click Sign Up Today. 3. Set up an account for Personal or Business Owners. 4. 6. How do I give my instructions to agent? You can give instructions to agent by Using Instant Messaging, Voice Mail, Phone Call, YouTube Video, etc. 7. Can I contact directly to my agent? Yes. You can. Within the working hours. Feel free to ask your agent. 8. Are my data or business information not to be mentioned with others? Yes. The secrets of business or data for the client shall be protected from recopied and be property of the client. 9. If I am not satisfied with the performance of my agent, can I be able to replace him/her? Yes. We will. More importantly, you must be satisfied with our services. 10.
